  22. according to the article I read, they don't have an e-mail address yet. (The
  23. article did say, however, that they are very well aware that the U.S. government
  24. is nothing but a puppet of the RIIA in London.)

  30.                Nothing makes me see red more than an article like this.
  31.         When are Americans going to wake up and see that the British  Empire
  32. will never stop destroying our country, unless we destroy them?
  33.         The only enemy America ever had was the British Empire.
  34.         The drug plague, the crime plague, the deliberate dumbing-down of our
  35. schools -- they all trace back to their source, the city of London.  Even
  36. communism originated there.
  37.          After the end of the War of 1812, the British never stopped attacking
  38. us; they only shifted gears.  Their war against us is still going on, today. It
  39. only takes more subtle forms.
  40.         There's not much wrong with the world today that a hydrogen bomb on
  41. Buckingham Palace couldn't fix. At least it would get rid of the biggest welfare
  42. mother and the world's biggest dope pusher at the same time; not to mention the
  43. Bank of England, the biggest bloodsucker of them all.
  44.         Wake up, America.  You're under attack.  And the sooner you recognize
  45. the source, the better off you'll be.

  52.      LONDON  - Retired U.S. Gen. Colin Powell is a direct descendant
  53. of the warrior king Edward I of England and a distant cousin of both Queen
  54. Elizabeth II and Princess Diana, a British genealogical authority said
  55. Monday.

  57.      Powell, the son of Jamaican immigrants, rose from a New York City ghetto
  58. to become the first black to serve as the United States' top military officer
  59. and is now considering whether to run for the White House.

  61.      Harold Brooks-Baker, publishing director of Burke's Peerage, a
  62. recognized authority on the family trees of British royalty and nobility,
  63. said that in addition to royal ties Powell can claim kinship with U.S.
  64. Presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and George Bush.

  66.      "If the general is nominated for the presidency, but not elected, he
  67. will become the only candidate in 200 years with these connections not to
  68. have gained the White House," Brooks-Baker said in a news release.

  70.      He said research showed Powell, who comes from six generations of
  71. Jamaicans, to be a direct descendant of the Coote family, a distinguished
  72. line of Irish military baronets.

  74.      While he was governor of Jamaica, Gen. Sir Eyre Coote (1762-1824) had a
  75. child by his black slave girl, Sally.

  77.      The child, born around 1807, was Powell's great great great
  78.  grandmother, according to Burke's Peerage.

  80.      Through Sir Eyre, who was eventually dismissed from the army in 1815 for
  81. sexual impropriety, Powell is related to most of the great ancient families
  82. of Britain, including the Royal Family, and to many noble and royal families
  83. throughout Europe.

  85.      "Distant cousins of Gen. Powell include Queen Elizabeth II, the Princess
  86. of Wales and The Queen Mother, and all British dukes, with the exception of
  87. the Duke of Westminster," Brooks-Baker said.

  89.      In a telephone interview, he said European royal families had so much
  90. mixed blood they were "a walking United Nations."

  92.      But he said it was very unusual to be able to prove a royal link as
  93. conclusively as in the case of Gen. Powell.

  95.      For example, Burke's Peerage traced former President Ronald Reagan back
  96. to a minor Irish king in the 11th century but was unable to fill all the
  97. genealogical gaps since then.

  99.      Powell's most direct royal link comes from the marriage of Sir Charles
  100. Coote, who enslaved much of Ireland, with Caroline Stanhope around 1600.
  101. Stanhope descendants later married the Dukes of Somerset and Northumberland.

  103.      Powell also has a direct descent from Edward I (1239-1307),through the
  104. Coote family which means that his lineage can be traced back to William the
  105. Conqueror, Brooks-Baker said.

  107.      "This is an example of the royalty and leadership gene in action," he
  108. said in his statement. "In every American presidential election since the
  109. time of George Washington, the victor has always been the candidate who has
  110. had the greatest number of ties to royal blood."
